John Kenney

John Kenney concentrates his practice in municipal litigation, planning, zoning, and land title litigation. He has obtained several large settlements and injunctive relief for property owners, municipalities and LLC's.

In addition to pursuing injunctive relief and damages for aggrieved municipalities and property owners, Mr. Kenney provides counsel to municipalities and municipal counsel on issues such as municipal code enforcement, ordinance drafting, land use disputes, tax issues, FOIA and demolition.
